FAQs
Can we attend DDH online?

Yes, this is a hybrid course so you can attend it online. However, to foster communities of practice, ensure smooth engagement throughout the program, and build rapport with peers and instructors, the launch weekend must be attended in-person.

Is there any work experience required?

No, prior work experience is not required for this course.

Is DDH recognized by PMDC?

The Diploma in Digital Health jointly offered by LUMS and the Health Services Academy, a PMDC-recognised degree awarding institute. The certificate is issued by Health Services Academy.

What is the refund policy for DDH classes?

Participants are eligible for a 75% refund if a refund request is submitted at least two weeks before the commencement of the DDH classes. No refunds will be processed beyond this period.

Can I defer my enrollment to a future DDH session?

Yes, if participants are unable to attend the course, they have an option to defer their enrollment to the next DDH session, subject to availability and scheduling. The deferment request can be placed up to one week after the commencement of DDH classes. Deferment is subject to availability and scheduling.
