We aim to cater to the dynamic needs of health professionals who aspire to elevate their teaching prowess, whether they are seasoned educators or seeking to refine their instructional skills. Please note that the certificate will be issued by the HSA which is a well-recognised body in Pakistan.

FAQs

  1. Can we attend CHPE online?

    Yes, this is a hybrid course so you can attend it online. However, to foster communities of practice, ensure smooth engagement throughout the program, and build rapport with peers and instructors, the launch weekend (14th, 15th, and 16th February) must be attended in-person.

  2. Is there any work experience required?

    No, prior work experience is not required for this course.

  3. Is CHPE recognized by PMDC?

    The certificate for CHPE at LUMS is jointly offered by LUMS and the Health Services Academy, a PMDC-recognised degree awarding institute. The certificate is issued by Health Services Academy.

  4. How much is each course for?

    150,000/- PKR

    You can also pay through the KalPay installment plan.

  5. What is the time commitment required from the participants?

    Participants should expect to dedicate an average of 5 contact hours per week.

  6. Who can register?

    The following people are eligible for CHPE:

    1. Professors and educators of medical education
    2. Doctors/nurses
    3. Other healthcare professionals with 16 years of education
    4. Researchers/Managers/Coordinators with 16 years of education

    Note: Your degree will be required to verify your eligibility during the registration process.
