Design Thinking for Online & In person Learning
Location: LUMS Learning Institute- Ground Floor Academic Block (Out-Gate Entrance; Opposite OSA)
Workshop Description
In the rapidly evolving landscape of education, the role of educators has never been more crucial. In the case of online learning, this role requires a much more diverse and empathetic approach towards learning experience design. To meet the diverse needs of students and prepare them for an ever-changing world, it is essential to adopt innovative approaches to teaching and problem-solving. One approach that holds immense significance for educators is Design Thinking and Learning Experience Design.
Design Thinking is a human-centred problem-solving methodology that originated in the design field but has since found applications in various industries, including education. LLI in collaboration with LUMSx has organised a workshop for educators on offline and online learning experience design. This workshop is particularly important for those who would like to work with LUMSx in designing online courses in the future.
