Course Design Partnership

FCTL: Theory and Practice- Course Design Module 

Description 

This partnership is a component of the Pedagogical Partnership Program, a LUMS-wide initiative led by the Learning Institute (LLI). It aims to establish meaningful partnerships between students and staff/faculty to work on a range of teaching and learning projects. The Course Design Partnership, a stream of the Pedagogical Partnership Program gives instructors direct insight into students' perspectives and experiences as learners to help inform the design of their courses. Consultations and resources are available from the LLI about best practices and research-informed approaches to course design. 

Please note that you will only be eligible for a certificate of completion if you produce a product as a result of the partnership, e.g. a new course outline or a revised one.

4 months (self paced) 

Requirements 

At the culmination of course delivery partnership, you will be expected to submit a report that outlines your project in detail and shares conclusive outcomes

Fatima Iftikhar is an accomplished educator and educational developer with a demonstrated history of working in higher education, focusing on teaching and learning enhancements and faculty-student partnerships. She has worked extensively in curriculum and pedagogy with higher education and non-profit organizations. Her educational background includes a Master of Philosophy in Education Leadership and Management from Lahore University Management Sciences.
